Ngozi is an experienced market research professional with 5 years of experience conducting qualitative research in the pharmaceutical and medical device space. Having previously worked at a branding market research agency, Ngozi has extensive experience across the product life cycle, including leading projects in the ostomy space.
Ngozi has a passion for bringing to life the lived patient experience and has a vast knowledge of qualitative methodologies, particularly those which leverage behavioural science techniques in order to deepen our understanding of physicians and patients. She has supported many clients in understanding the patient perspective, uncovering the unmet patient needs and providing actionable recommendations.
When she’s not delivering impactful insights, Ngozi can be found exploring new culinary delights and volunteering in her local community sensory garden.
